Dr. Clarence Payne Ref Sheet

Name was changed from Lemuel. He just...doesn't look like a Lemuel to me anymore, especially since I added glasses onto him. I deleted the story he was originally in because it was becoming more and more difficult to find ideas for it and explain everything, but I really liked this particular character, so I decided to use him as the main villain for "The Writing Game" which I hope to begin work on tonight. (In case it's hard to see, the blood stains are near the bottom of his coat--I purposely tried to make them somewhat subtle so it wouldn't look too horrific. ^^)
